Design begins with listening.
Every project begins with understanding. How you live, what you need, what matters to you and what the space can become. From there, we develop each project as a complete whole, through space, light, material, function and detail.
MI-X Studio works primarily across residential architecture and interiors, while also taking on selected projects beyond the home. Each project is approached individually, with the aim of creating spaces that feel natural, considered and deeply connected to the people who use them.
MIRTO XENAKI
Architect Engineer · Founder
Mirto Xenaki is a registered Architect Engineer and member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, holding Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture and with more than 20 years of professional experience. Her work has focused primarily on residential buildings and private homes, while spanning projects from small-scale design interventions to large developments of up to 100,000 sqm.
Her experience moves across different scales and disciplines, from architecture and interiors to individual elements and details, with a focus on space, material, light, function and detail. While residential design remains at the heart of MI-X Studio, the practice is not defined by a single project type.
