Two levels connected by light, space and material.

Interior Architecture · In Progress · 2026
Designed across two levels, the apartment is conceived as a bright, open and calm home, with the double-height space at the heart of the interior. Natural light moves through the height of the space, enhancing the sense of openness and creating a visual connection between the two floors.
At the upper level, an open space overlooking the double height acts as a link between the two floors, allowing them to remain visually connected while maintaining their individual functions. Both levels extend outdoors through direct access to patios, bringing natural light and outdoor living into different parts of the home.
A palette of soft, earthy tones reinforces the sense of warmth and calm, while helping the interior feel lighter and more generous. Gunmetal fixtures add subtle contrast and definition throughout. The result is a home shaped around openness, light and connection, with a restrained material palette creating a relaxed atmosphere across both levels.
